WE STARTED WITH RESEARCH

We started with Competitive Analysis


Then build our Marketing Approach

  1.  Brand Awareness 

    • Live website demonstrating the product 

    • Showcasing in Expos

  2. Client Acquisition 

    • Pitching our product to major corporations

    • Establishing referral system with spealists

  3. Brand Identity 

    • Maintaining good customer experience

    • Strong story to stay rembered 

USER RESEARCH AND MARKET VALIDATION

We invited our real user Brian to Validate our product. His insights were very useful and directed the roadmap for our project. We took his feedback seriously and adapted to the needs of the customer.

GOING FORWARD
  • There are around 32.2 million American Adults age 18 and older reported just like kai.

  • Canadians with partial sight or blindness is expected to double in the next 25 years.


FUTURE SCOPE
  • Eyelead taps to serve a market that is often overlooked, and contain opportunities to innovate

  • It also expand the current market for grocery stores.

  • In the coming years we will need funding to build this solution

  • As I am passionately involved in the project and would like to build an Accessible inclusive project that willmake the lifives of people easier, I also intend to learn programming and also harness more of entrprenurial skills.
